Dear MCLS Community,
I am a PhD candidate at Macquarie School of Education, Macquarie
University, under the supervision of Prof Rebecca Bull and Dr Emma Burns.
My research project is about how to accurately identify primary school-age
students who are at risk of mathematical learning difficulties. We are
inviting participants to complete an online survey about their views on
behavioural signs that are commonly observed in primary schoolers who
struggle in learning maths. Your input will inform the development of a
behavioural checklist.
You may be eligible, if
- You are 18 years old or above, and
- You are in one of the two groups below:
1. you have direct experience supporting primary school-age students
struggling in maths learning
2. you have personal experience having difficulties in learning maths when
you were in the early years of primary school
This study will involve:
- Completing an online survey that will take about 20 minutes
