Dear MCLS Members,

The Conference Organizing Committee has chosen to extend the deadline by a
week! Abstracts will now be due on 6 February 2026 at midnight local time
(that's Friday night, not Thursday night for those who have sought
clarification)! For more information on submission types and guidelines for

A couple other announcements:
1. We are still dealing with the problem with the registration system and
will hope to have it and the travel award applications up and running
shortly. Thanks for your patience!
2. In light of the deadline extension, we anticipate the timeline
presentation decision notifications will also be extended by about a week.
Please expect decisions by *mid March*.
